The National Technical Assistance Center will assist new grantees under the Targeted Capacity Expansion program who will be adding mental health services for the elderly or enhancing existing services.

Approximately $900,000 in funding will be available to fund one cooperative agreement for a period of up to three years. SAMHSA's Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) will administer this cooperative agreement.

This announcement is a revision and reissue of the Group II portion of GFA No. SM 02-009, which was withdrawn on June 17, 2002.
